ribbons will be playing this Thursday 4/22 at Bruar Falls with a sweet sweet band from Austin called Literature.  more details are on our myspace page.

Hear me and Jeff on the East Village Radio Seaport Show next Monday 3/29 around 12:30pm.  We'll play some acoustic jams and talk about our favorite foods.  Good times will be had by all.

happy new decade

sam and I postponed our recording till mid-january.  that means new songs should be posted in early February.  Last time there were 18 mics on the drum kit alone.  that is NUANCE!
Happy new year to all.  I hope you can share my newborn optimism.

just booked our first show of 2010:  The Trash Bar on January 13, 8pm.  more details sometime.
sam and I are going back into the studio next Saturday to record (hopefully) 4 new songs.  Lauren showed me how to update the blog this week so I will be updating more often.   It's cold.
